The contact form on the IVEBUILT website opens the visitor’s own email client with the form content pre-filled. The form data is not submitted to or stored on IVEBUILT’s servers through the website itself. Information sent by email is received and handled in the normal way.

When someone becomes a customer, IVEBUILT may process information reasonably necessary to:
- prepare and administer the digitally signed Website Services Agreement

Monthly payments may be collected through a third-party payment provider. IVEBUILT may receive information necessary to identify and reconcile payments, but payment card information is processed by the payment provider under their own privacy and security arrangements.

- to perform and manage a customer contract
- to comply with legal, accounting or financial obligations

Limited technical information may automatically be processed by the infrastructure used to operate, secure and maintain the website. This may include:

Cookies & Analytics
The IVEBUILT website uses Google Analytics (GA4) in the production environment to understand how visitors use the website. Analytics cookies are only set after you have accepted cookies using the consent banner shown on your first visit.
